Child Safety Standards — Tajrebatee
Effective date: March 3, 2026. These published standards explain how Tajrebatee protects children and young people using our social/dating services.
Purpose & Scope
These safety standards cover prevention, detection, reporting and response for incidents involving children (anyone under 18). They apply to user-generated content, user interactions, accounts, and our moderation processes across the service.
Published Safety Standards — Summary
We commit to the following minimum standards in every market where Tajrebatee operates:
- Age limits: Accounts for users under 18 are prohibited.
- Age verification: Layered checks (self-declaration, automated heuristics, additional verification where required by law).
- Content moderation: Automated detection plus human review; expedited handling for content involving minors.
- Reporting & response: Clear reporting channels; timely acknowledgement; escalate to law enforcement for imminent risk.
- Staff training: Moderators trained on child protection and trauma-informed response.
- Data minimization & retention: Collect minimum personal data and retain only as needed for investigations and legal obligations.
- External partnerships: Cooperation with child protection NGOs and authorities where appropriate.
Preventing Underage Use
We use age gating, pattern analysis, and partnered identity verification for high-risk cases to reduce underage signups.
- Prominent age gate during signup.
- Automated heuristics and manual review of suspicious accounts.
- Verified flows where required by local law.
Content Moderation & Safety Processes
- Automated detection: Filters and classifiers that flag potentially abusive, sexual, or grooming content.
- Human review: Trained moderators prioritize incidents involving potential minors and escalate urgent cases.
- Risk-based removal: Immediate removal and escalation for content depicting child sexual exploitation or grooming.
How to report concerns involving a child
If you see content or behavior that suggests a child may be at risk, report it immediately using one of these channels:
- In-app/reporting: Use the "Report" button and select "Involves a minor / Child safety".
- Contact page: Use our contact form at https://tajrebatee.com/contact to submit details and we will prioritize child-safety reports.
- Emergency / Law enforcement: If there is an immediate threat, contact local emergency services first and then inform us.
Important: Do not delay contacting law enforcement if a child is in immediate danger.
Response & Escalation
When we receive a valid report involving a minor we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours where contact information is available.
- Preserve evidence and collect additional information as allowed by law.
- Remove or restrict access to content posing risk while investigating.
- Escalate to law enforcement or child protection agencies as required by applicable laws.
Data Handling & Privacy
We handle reports sensitively and comply with applicable data protection laws. We do not publish private information about potential victims. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
Staffing & Training
